[sldev] Libcurl / VC8

If anyone needs the fixed libcurl.lib for their
windows builds, it's on my server (just follow
the download link on my blog).

And as far as I can tell, the VC8 project files
on VWR-1151 should work with 1.17.0.12 (couldn't
test it though ... was too busy with other things
this evening ... but if anyone tired, please let
me know).
