My stance is that even if it's documented somewhere that  
PSYS_PART_FOLLOW_SRC_MASK disables PSYS_SRC_BURST_RADIUS, that's the  
wrong behavior. There's no reason that you shouldn't be able to  
combine these options, like you can combine PSYS_PART_WIND_MASK and  
PSYS_PART_FOLLOW_SRC_MASK (think about that one for a while ^_^ ).
