[sldev] Jira issue

I've been trying to add some new entries to jira (things like being able to get at the new parcel voice flags from LSL), but keep gettng an error

"docs out of order".

I did some google and came across this - http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-11861

i.e. it is a known bug in 3.7.1 fixed in 3.7.2 to do with an index problem. The secondlife jira appears to be on 3.7.1 !

Of course, I suppose I should really report this on jira itself, but if I try I get an error "docs out of order", so I thought I'd post here in the hope one of the Lindens can pick this up.
