[sldev] compiling viewer with FMOD=no fails on Linux

compiling the viewer with FMOD=no fails for me on Linux

it complains about non-existent libfmod-3.75.so

now I'm going to try again


however these sources compiled correctly here if I let
FMOD enabled and copy FMOD files according to the wiki page

I'm quite sure FMOD=no worked for me with previous sources


I'm on Linux Ubuntu Feisty, here are some info about my system
