[sldev] Bug Triage: Post-Mortem and Re-Birth... First Call

I'll make the post-mortem quick:

Woot! We've were successive to get through all the issues this week. 
That even includes ones that were piled on last-minute!

There is discussion on how to improve the process a bit more. One 
significant step to note: we now depend more on the comments being made 
on the agenda under each issue to determine the best action. We still 
need to comment on the issues in JIRA to there resolution, but the 
details that affect importability to the internal JIRA being annotated 
on the agenda is essential for a successful triage session.

Let's get the new agenda going.
