[sldev] CPU and GPU statistics

The field before the percentage is the raw count. You can regenerate
the percentage by dividing it into the sum on the last line of each
file for much deeper precision if ya want all those leading zeros. But
really, we're just poking fun at the lonely Pentium III users by this
point. :)
