That may be a good idea, but it doesn't really address the problem  
I'm talking about. When people spam with for-fee group joins those  
are all small transactions, and a debit attack can be slow enough  
that it doesn't trigger any threshold.

That would be useful for gambling situations, though. You could set  
your "daily debit limit" to your stake.

Also, that's really out of the scope of this list, since that kind of  
lock would have to be server-side.
