[sldev] VC8/VS2005 project files for 1.18.0.0

Hey all,

I had to modify the VC8 project files included in VWR-1151 a bit to get
1.18.0.0 compiling, so I uploaded a new version of the project files ZIP
to the JIRA (keeping to Nicholaz's naming scheme).  See
https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-1151 for details.  I'll try to
keep them current as the 1.18 release and subsequent releases come out
(unless somebody beats me to it! :-) ).
