[sldev] Calling Linux / ATI / fglrx users

If you're using ATI's fglrx driver on Linux, please pay a visit to 
https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-1320 and add a comment, to let us 
know whether or not the bug in question affects you.

(In brief, the poster claims that the viewer crashes the X server if it 
tries to change the shape of the mouse pointer.  The fix looks safe, but 
ugly, but I want to verify that other people can reproduce it.)
