Quick question (but probably not so quick an answer) -

Is there a list of the UDP packets outthere which are to be obsoleted by 
CAPS (and bonus question, is there specifications for the CAPS 
interfaces floating around?) - I know the libsl wiki has a bit of 
information on this, but I'd like to know if there's any formal 
documentation or specifications from LL?

Final question - when does the new HTTP asset download mechanism get 
enabled?
