[sldev] rpm packages for OpenSUSE

Hi,

my name is Marc and I'm playing with the new build system indroduced at build.opensuse.org. I have set up a project based on the specs from mandriva with some modifications and was able to build installable packages for OpenSUSE 10.2 (i586+x86_64).
I tried to incorporate the most recent patches I've found in jira, but I still hit some bugs possible related to openjpeg.
