[sldev] Release/First Look source code drop, FL-1.13.3.58877

Hi everyone,

The source code corresponding to last night's First Look release is
available here:

Functionality changes are noted on Steve Linden's blog posting:

Steve also got things up and running on VS 2005, and I fixed up the line
ending issues in the copyright headers in the windows zipfile.

Libraries for Mac and Linux were still uploading as of this writing, but
should be up in no more than 15-20 minutes.
