It is OK to arranging folders as we want and to put things into them.
Problematic behaviour is from new items/objects.  Some goes into its
own _default_ folders (e.g., Animations, Clothings, Objects, ...)
while some other creates their own folder, etc.  I know it is partly
because the script in vendors/givers do some random thing, but there
sould be more control by the item receivers' will/preferences.

So, Bane, I generally support you.  However, I'm not sure how we can
improve them just by tweking viewer code.  Some bad behaviour seems to
be caused by server codes or resident-written scripts...
