[sldev] Group IMs

Jonathan,

Thank you. That's kind of how I thought it worked. if I close the tab and
re-open it to speak, I can occasionally see that it goes to everyone, but
not always. So in essence, there is currently no reliable method to
communicate with all online members of a group. Is this a bug or an issue?
Should I add it to JIRA?

I can understand this behaviour in a lot of the groups, but some groups are
much more controlled and I would expect the communication to be reliable.
