[sldev] Initial Build Error

Hi @,

I'm new to this project, so please don't bash too hard... ;)

This is the first attempt to build the SL project from the 
FL-1.13.3.59315 source with Visual C++ Express under Windows 2000 SP4.

I have followed the setup procedure provided on the Wiki, except for the 
steps under Code Editing as they refer to a different version.

I am getting numerous errors:
... error C2039: '_Openprot' : is not a member of 'std::ios_base'
    C:\Programme\Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003 
R2\Include\crt\xiosbase(15) : see declaration of 'std::ios_base'

I have double checked the setup procedure and can't seem to find any 
omission, although that must be the most likely cause :)

Anybody got a quick pointer where to look?
