Hello,

after compiling the viewer successfully, and including the needed
directories (appsettings, skins, etc.) and files (fmod.sll), I want to start
SecondLife.exe. Unfortunately something with the graphics doesn't seem to
work. First in login screen the background is missing and the buttons are
not shown (text can be seen, but the borders of the buttons are not
displayed). After entering login data and clicking "Connect..." the client
logs in and loads the needed data. And then crashes without any message. Why
is that? Has anyone ever encountered that problem? I tried on two different
systems (Win XP Prof, VS 2005 Express - Win XP Home, VS 2005).

Another problem I'm suffering from is with the new release from (March,
21st). After compiling the Linking process is done before the Code
generation (usually this was used to be done the other way round).
Consequence of that is that the Compiler (VS 2005 again) hangs and never
comes to an end in "Generating code". I compared the settings with the
working compilation of an older code base and couldn't find anything
different. Any ideas?

Best regards,
