[sldev] logcontrol.xml/logcontrol-dev.xml

In an attempt to squelch the massive amount of I/O being logged out to
console on execution of slviewer, I came across some mentions in the
code to logcontrol.xml and logcontrol-dev.xml, but I can't find any
actual examples of these files.

Does anyone have a sample file (or files) for these that I could look
at, or any information on how to compose my own?
