The GL headers issue turned out to be pretty trivial. The fix was little
more than four lines...

Currently, I'm having rather inexplicable problems with gtk/cairo.

simply -i'ing /usr/include/cairo didn't help, I had to actually copy the
crap over...

Still, the error messages begin with:

System headers simply shouldn't do this...

BTW: I do drive a honda, it's essentially unmodified... My brother in
law drives a sleeper and resents ricers.

My computer is an ugly old bastard in a cheap case, Inside, is a
motherboard which cost $200 new four years ago... My next motherboard
will probably be more than $500.
