[sldev] Sculpties (no voice) beta 1.16.0.0 source release; svn updated

Hi all,

There's a new source release of 1.16.0.0.  This release is from the
branch that just has sculpties on it, rather than the branch that also
has voice, so the source isn't identical to the source used for the
current Windows and Mac beta viewers (though it's the same branch the
Linux viewer binary was built from).

I've also updated the subversion repository, adding
branches/2007/sculpties2 and checking in the same source code there. 
This deviates slightly from how we check things in internally at Linden
Lab, where the year generally isn't included in the branch, but I'll be
doing that with all temporary branches that aren't official release
branches (e.g. "Branch_1-15-0" is an official release branch)

release, release-candidate, and maintenance have all been updated as
well (though no sculptie code should be there yet).  Information about
