Everytime I file an issue on JIRA, I'm not sure what component I
should check.  Are there any definition which is which?

For example, when I find a misbehaviour in llwindow/* that relates to
a drawing of some Japanese character above an avotor, is it a "User
Interface" or "Graphics" or "Internationalization" or something else?

I guess we need an explanation on the wiki, and JIRA should point to
it.
