Hey...if it's not the place for such discussion....why bring it up in the
first place then? :)  As I stated to someone else in a private thread....
development discussions without discussions of their potential ethical and
moral issues are by definition without either. Witness Carnivore, Melissa
Virus, copyBot aka falseAlarmBot et al.  However, for the record the virtual
ban was indeed stuck down in the US in 2002....I stand corrected. :)
