Existing link is fine for Debian.

I vaugely remember reading that it's only really supposed to serve as a
hint to the builder, since it's in the wrong spot for the client to use
anyway, and kochi-mincho is a Japanese font while you might prefer to
use for example one of the Arphic Chinese fonts.
