Did you have sex in front of those open windows so that your neighbors could 
see? Of did you pull the curtains? How about your neighbors? Doing such a 
thing is an arrestable offense in most places.

We are beyond the discussion if privacy is needed. It is, and soon it will 
be /required/ in one for or another due to RL laws coming to SL.

The only debate is how best to implement it. The discussion of why and if 
are long over.

There is no such thing as an SL object that can "see", they can only 
"hear"... only agents (though possibly botted) can see anything in SL and 
agents are always detectable as they always have been. But most importantly, 
this privacy feature would keep agents completely out of an area (or at 
least out of the ability to see or hear in an area) which is the entire 
point. So that all seeing orb (if it actually exists as a botted agent) in 
fact would be blocked by this new mechanism. You have provided an argument 
FOR this feature here, not against it.
