[sldev] Texture upload issue in opensl

Hello,

I've just built 1.16.0.5 (XP, VS2003) from the sources and have
discovered the following:

Uploaded textures either get corrupted or get stuck on a lower rez
decoding stage, I can't tell which.

Example: I upload a 512x512 texture. When the upload is done, the
preview window shows it as a 512x512 texture while it's downloading
(I'm watching the texture console), but once the download is complete,
the previewer jumps to 256x256. Visually the texture also shows lower
resolution.

This only happens in a client built from sources (the same texture
uploads fine with the official client) and I haven't found anything on
jira abouch such issue. Any tips?
