This is because the CPU Speed check (eventually) looks up
CProcessor::GetCPUFrequency which only currently operates on
Windows.

Now I know about it, I'll try and find some time to do a patch up for
this to work on Linux. I think on MacOS X it should be as simple as a
call into the sysctl API.

featuretable_linux.txt seems to indicate this'll do:
RenderParticleCount 1   1024
although that'll be overridden (I think) by having a GeForce2
or Raadeon 8500 or 9700. I haven't looked at exactly how the
process table stuff works, see llfeaturemanager.cpp for
precise semantics of this file, I believe.
