[sldev] Patch to Address Debit Permission Spoofing

I agree, the wording is a bit tricky. I have already made a few changes that
I hope will make things clearer:

* The white title on the notification now says "An object wants permission
to take Linden dollars (L$) from your account."
* The buttons now say "Grant" and "Deny".
* The debit prompt (when auto-deny is off, by default) also says "You should
be careful about granting an object permission to debit money from your
account. Unless you trust this object and its creator, you should deny the
request. For additional information, click the Details button. Do you wish
to grant this request?"

I hope this wording makes translation at least a little less ambiguous or
confusing. I suppose a small improvement would be to change "Unless" to "If
you do not", as well.
