If you're going to do this, you might as well have it pop up a  
"payment" style dialog after the permissions dialog, and even let the  
user establish a debit limit (after which additional approval would  
be required).

How about making "Disable Camera Constraints" sticky by themselves,  
not everyone likes EVERYTHING in View Admin Options enabled  
automatically at login.
