Most people do want their land to be found.  Newbs don't understand that 
"anyone" really means "list this in search right away".  If there were a 
search check box, it would communicate to them that it would be listed 
in search too.

It could default to "on", I just said "default to off" to try to get 
more buy-in from the anti-land bot people.  When it's actually 
implemented, if it "accidentally" got defaulted to on, I think we could 
deal with that bridge when we get to it. :)

It would still be an improvement.
