[sldev] Problem accessing to secondlife.com sites with SSL (https)

Hi Alissa,

Thanks for pointing this out.   I was able to verify the issue earlier
this afternoon, but in making my final check before sending this mail,
it appears to be fine now.  If you can still reproduce problem, could
you file it in JIRA under WEB and assign it to me?  I suspect that
DigiCert fixed the problem before we had a chance to complain.
