Take a look at http://secondlifegrid.net/programs/open_source/licensing under commercial licensing.

Just because you believe you are entitled doesn't make it so. Do what ESC did and dig into the source code and find out how to do it.

Due to the licensing requirements of the GPLv2, As far as I know OnRez
must provide the source code of their secondlife viewer modifications
to anyone. As far as I can tell (IANAL) they are in violation of the
GPL by not providing it. I spent a couple minutes looking around their
viewer related pages and I was unable to find either the viewer
source, a diff between the LL version, or even the short or long GPL
  license text itself.

I suggest you contact their support department and request either the
diff from OnRez-1.18.2.1.15 and LL-1.18.2, or the whole build tree.

(Note that they also provide a separate HUD object -- this would NOT
be included unless they decide to include it. As far as I can tell,
  they shouldn't be required to.)

P.S: I fixed the contents of your email. ;)
