[Slrl] [sldev] Browser in Secondlife Viewer

Look at the F1 Help floater in the regular client.  That has a browser
that you could copy.  Sorry I don't have the exact location in the code
to look, but you can probably figure it out.

There's also the LSL Wiki Help for looking up stuff in the wiki while
you're scripting, that uses a browser too (plus it is way cool).
