[sldev] Browser in Secondlife Viewer

Unless the patch was submitted and accepted by Linden Lab.  It would not be
appearing in the OnRez viewer.

Since they have a commercial license they can not use any patches submitted
to JIRA, the forums, the mailing list or the wiki.
