[sldev] [VWR] Creating Linux viewer on GTK

Developers,

I made some progress on the project of GTK based viewer on Linux to
support GTK immodules.  It's incomplete but works mostly fine (with
several known issues.)

I attached the changes to JIRA issue VWR-2261 as a form of a patch
kit.

Please take a look if you have interest on it.
