Harold Brown is 100% correct about the "special arrangement" here. We 
just needed to modify the agreement slightly to accept submissions from 
an institution since I personally don't retain any writes for the work 
done within the University and couldn't submit the code privately. I 
encourage those with the necessary glasses to give it a try, it can be 
a lot of fun. (especially in a crowded space) If you have any questions 
about the patch or next steps, please don't hesitate to ask.
