[sldev] Source Release for 1.18.5 RC0 (Release Candidate)

Committed to svn.secondlife.com as well.

Known issue: missing Logitech SDK.  The easy fix is to comment out this
line in llpreprocessor.h
#define LL_LCD_COMPILE 1

We'll be publishing the necessary code for a clean compile soon.
