[sldev] Source release for Second Life WindLight First Look

Josh,

A couple of problems:
	llrendertarget.cpp is missing from the zip file and the svn
repository (I am guessing this is windlight12).  
	It also appears glh/glh_linear.h glh/glh_convenience.h need to be
obtained.
	The copies of these files I obtained generate C4244 warnings in
VS2003
