3D glasses can be found on Brazil at
http://www.mercadolivre.com.br (an auction site)
http://www.tecnoglasses.com.br/ (the same company that sells on the auction 
site)

They´re not free, costs about US$1,25 each, are card with plastic lenses 
(with 4 sets for replacement), and there are blue/red and cyan/red (besides 
other choices) ones.

(The price buying direct from company or from auction site is the same, here 
most people and companies use the auction site to display their products, 
selling for a fixed price.)

Can´t tell how well they work, ordered mine this week, am waiting for 
delivery.
