[sldev] Problem with Debugging SL_FirstLook code

Hi Everyone,
  I am unable to build solution, while I get the following error:

fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'glh/glh_linear.h': No such file or directory

Where could I get the file and Where to include, please suggest!
Note: MSVS 2003
