That would sound like a different bug. I would recommend just filing
your own bug. :)

What chipset? My main desktop has a Radeon 9600XT and SL always causes
that machine to hang after a seemingly random amount of time. But I have
two other machines with r300s in them that work fine. I really ought to
file a bug for that one...
