Just for pedantic accuracy,

There is no such thing.  A certificate never includes private keys.

A cryptographically protected pair of a certificate (that includes a
public key) and a private key is called "private/personal information
exchange", PKCS#12, or PFX.  It is a different thing than a
certificate.  When it is stored in a cryptography device (such as IC
cards), it is called a token.
