[sldev] llmozlib-vc80.lib is not updated in 1.18.5.3 (was: Viewer Source Release of RC-1.18.5.2)

I just tried 1.18.5.3 on my Visual C++ Express 2005 (VS2005) and got
the same problem.

I believe llmozlib binaries for VS2005 (lib_debug\llmozlib-vc80.lib
and lib_release\llmozlib-vc80.lib) are just forgot and not updated...
