You can't prevent mistakes. If mistakes were avoidable, they would not 
exist. If people wrote bug free code, most developers would be out of work.

But if a grace period of 5 minutes were put in place prior to land being 
listed, there would probably be less problems.

I have a strong feeling I've written that before.
