This discussion seems to have moved from the "Bots are bad because people
make mistakes" to the "Bots are bad because they drive prices up"
A captcha isn't going to change things other then to alter the speed at
which they occur. The only real solution for the origional issue would be
to have a 24-48 hour escrow system where the seller can reject a land sale.
And that itself isn't compleatly fair to a buyer as you could have someone
with a "plum" lot that keeps rejecting the sale, but ties up the funds of
the people who made a purchase in good faith.
