[sldev] New SL Architecture

Where do we stand with the new SL architecture? The Wiki (
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Category:Architecture_Working_Group)  has
been mostly quiet lately and the chat logs from Tao Takashi and what's been
posted on the Wiki seem to have more questions than answers. I've got about
100 questions and didn't want to spam sldev if there's a better place.
