I just went back and checked through everything twice and I was wrong,
ignore that last comment entirely. I downloaded vc8_1_18_V1.zip from
https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-1151 and extracted it to the same
directory as the library and artwork files before merging them in to the
source tree, and coming back to look at it I mistakenly thought they had
come from the artwork or libraries package.
Dzonatas, svn:externals seems like something that should be looked in to
for this.
