The meaning of TCP/IP port numbers are not part of TCP/IP  
architecture, they're only meaningful to applications using TCP/IP,  
however those port numbers are still defined in IP standards.

So 100% of it has to be supported by the architecture.

* The distinction between asset and metadata has to be exposed in the  
architecture.
* The trust relationships have to be supported by the architecture.
* The model has to be explicit in the architecture so that  
implementations agree on what metadata means.
