Good, and active.   Currently, you can create application bundles in 
2.4.7, but not
frameworks.   In CVS Head CMake, we have added support for Framework 
creation. 
CPack also works on the Mac.   Finding and linking to existing 
frameworks works
well in 2.4.7 and CVS.  Many of Kitware's customers use OS X, and there
are several OS X machines running nightly regression tests at Kitware.  
Basically I purchase
a new mac mini each time a new version of OS X comes out, so we can make 
sure both
old a new stuff works.
