To break these issues down into components (well-known already defined 
architectural process and objects) instead of the unoffical VA-groups 
would be very wise!

For example, Jira already has the "components" field. If LL lets us use 
a new Project space (like ASWG-0000) we can easily just file a new issue 
and assign the appropriate components it involves.
