the SL account is flagged for fraudulent use. If you accept Lindens
from an account that acquired them through illegal means, you could
risk to lose those Lindens. The Risk API provides a way to judge
whether or not you should accept lindens from a certain user and give
them real money in return for them. So, it tells you whether or not
that user's Lindens should be treated as their cash equivalent.
