[sldev] new search interface

Unfortunately, eventful doesn't provide very much of the original event
information. I'm not certain how much I need, but it at the minimum
includes the SLURL to the event (to be able to filter across multiple
parcels in the same sim).

Also I doubt that eventful would be listing <whisper>mature events</whisper>

As for in-world access, LSL objects do not have permission to access
secondlife.com from in-world (it's blocked by a firewall rule). Even if it
was, the data being retrieved is rather complex and greatly exceeds the 2kb
limit. A CAPS call may be able to bypass both of these requirements,
however, especially if the requester was able to customize the results to
what it needed.
